Kilner ® Ceramic Fermentation Set Create probiotic rich kimchi and sauerkraut with the easy-to-use Kilner ® Ceramic Fermentation Set. This cleverly designed ceramic crock holds up to 8 litres of food and features built-in helper handles, allowing easy lifting. With an added feature of a traditional water sealed lid designed to create a natural seal for allowing gases to escape. Two ceramic stones weigh the food down keeping it underneath the brine. Simply add your favourite vegetables, water and salt.
