Again we use DPD and its all of the above. • Claims for lost parcels or damages If an item is lost in transit we would have to raise a claim to the carrier. We would raise a credit or send a replacement for the customer once that process has been completed. For damages we would need the consumer to send us photos of the damages including the external packaging as part of that claim process.
We need notifying within 5 days from despatch in order to log a claim.
