Canning Mini Guide

Submerge all ingredients in the liquid leaving ½ - ¾" head space from the top of the jar.

Pull the vacuum seal valve up before placing the lid on the base. Place the lid on the base. Push the vacuum seal valve down. This will create an airtight seal. To remove the lid pull the valve up to release the vacuum. USING THE VACUUM SEAL VALVE

Screw on the two-piece lid (and process if required by recipe). Store in a dark, dry cupboard.

Unscrew and remove the lid. Pull the lifter to drain away the excess liquid, ready to consume.

Add the ingredients and brine to the jar leaving 2" head space from the top to allow for expansion.

Pour double or heavy cream into glass jar.

Use the cup lid to measure the perfect portion of oats.

Screw the grinder attachment to the glass jar.

Place the ceramic weights on top of the vegetables ensuring all food is submerged under the liquid.

Add the leak-proof silicone seal and secure with stainless steal lid.

Churn the cream until it begins to separate.

Fill with dried seasoning ingredients.

Screw on the lid with silicone air lock valve, allowing gases to be released during the fermentation process but preventing outside air from entering the jar. Keep at room temperature.

Turn the handle to grind mixture. Adjust courseness using the top screw.

When the butter separates from the buttermilk rinse and shape your butter.

Use the silicone holder to attach your spoon.

Replace the lid to store and keep fresh once the desired taste and texture is received.
