Wide Mouth Canning Jars The Kilner ® Wide Mouth Canning Jars are perfect for canning whole fruits and vegetables as the wider opening allows for easy filling. The jars incorporate an easy-to-use metal screw top lid made up of two pieces; a replaceable vacuum seal and a metal screw band to secure the seal. Introducing two new sizes to the Wide Mouth Preserve range: 7 US fl oz and 34 US fl oz. The 7 US fl oz capacity is great for smaller portions of preserves, chutneys and jellies, while the 34 US fl oz capacity is ideal for preserving bigger fruits and vegetables like large pickles, onions, asparagus and beets. All sizes feature embossed volume indicators on the side of the jar. All Kilner ® Wide Mouth Canning Jars are suitable for water bath canning.
