• A credit for the full value of the item will be issued and can be used towards the customers next PO or refunded back to their credit card. • We do not send replacement goods unless this is as part of the customers next order. • We do not send partial cartons. 3. Quality Control claim: • The customer needs to supply photographic evidence, their customer number, an item number and batch number (found on carton) with their claim. • Review the claim, ensuring that the customer is made aware of our manufacturing processes, and product expectations. • If an item is not finished to the correct standard, and therefore cannot be sold as first quality product, then offer 50% credit to compensate and suggest customer sells this as a second. • If the customer rejects this, then a full credit can be issued. • We do not use call tags are they are too expensive and our warehouse is not set up to receive returns. • For major QC issues, the UK team will be notified immediately. 4. Replacements: • We do not offer a sale or return policy. • We do not send replacements to consumers. We ask that they return back to the store from which they purchased their item.
