• Orders are to be submitted to our Customer Care team via email to - customercare@ typhoonhomewares.com. • The minimum order for opening orders and re-orders is $750. This is across all five brands and can be combined into one purchase order. • The opening order is to be accompanied with all credit card information and a valid resale certificate. This information should be phoned in securely not sent via email. • New customers must complete a New Customer Registration Form. • Terms can be requested and are approved on a case by case basis. If credit is approved, we can extend terms of Net 30 Days from date of invoice. • Online accounts cannot be opened without written approval by Typhoon Homewares LLC and require a signed Online Retailer Agreement. • Samples must be submitted using a Typhoon Sample Form and need written approval fromTyphoon Homewares. • Catalog requests must be sent to the US Sales Team at the NewYork Showroom to be processed. • Typhoon Homewares operates using MAP policy. Our MAP is indicated as MSRPs on all Typhoon Homewares price sheets. • Back orders are allowed but must reach the minimum back order value of 750. Freight charges will apply. Please specify on your order if you do not accept back orders. • We do not accept returns. • All prices are based on FOB, Fairburn, GA. • Show specials must be clearly indicated on POs and submitted within the time lines of the promotional period set by Typhoon Homewares and cannot be combined with any other agreed discounts. • We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
