Our Origins 680 years of combined product knowledge, history and experience in the housewares industry. The Rayware Group is the creative home of a group of British heritage brands with products that span both the housewares and tabletop industries. Our brands consisting of Kilner ® , Mason Cash ® , Typhoon ® and Price & Kensington ® are designed and developed in the United Kingdom with our US customers in mind. How we Operate All of our brands are sold individually, but shipped together, allowing us to cater for multiple orders at once. There is a nationwide network of sales representatives supported by our sales team based in our New York showroom. We look forward to welcoming you to the world of The Rayware Group. Throughout the years our business has grown, but our aim has remained the same; a wide variety of choice to reflect emerging trends, exciting colors and well-designed quality products with reasonable pricing. Every product is manufactured to the company’s own exclusive design and specification, and all products are packaged to a high standard, ensuring attractive retail displays and rapid sales.

As we reflect upon the brand’s centuries’ old success, we pay homage to the Kilner ® Jars long-lasting popularity, owed to its distinctive pressure seal and iconic design. Put simply, households all over the world trust it to successfully can and pickle their fruits and vegetables. A surge in popularity for canning home-grown fruits and vegetables, and storing food in jars rather than plastic for its health benefits has catapulted the Kilner ® Jar into the limelight in recent times. Now, not only is it an essential for the kitchen, it has become a statement of style throughout the home.

Mason Cash ® has been the choice of home cooks and bakers for centuries. The origins of Mason Cash ® can be traced back to a pottery operating in the heart of the British ceramic industry in 1800. Although Mason Cash ® has been producing mixing bowls since the 1800’s, in 1901 they designed and manufactured the very first iconic Mason Cash ® mixing bowl. The bowl’s design has endured the test of time and has become something of a design classic. In fact, the design has barely altered since then, which is why the brand is still renowned for its innovative, classic character in the world of kitchenware today.
While many of the Mason Cash ® items have retained their original designs, others embody contemporary twists, progressing into modern interpretations of the original.

The Typhoon ® journey began in 1989. Today the brand is known for innovative and high-quality kitchenware items at affordable prices. Our stylishly designed collections have our customers home décor, lifestyle and tastes firmly at heart whether it be bold and glamorous, muted and minimalist or traditionally rustic we have something for everyone and always at great value. Over the last 30 years, we have unveiled a variety of exciting products creating a reputation for fashion-led, affordable items. Through sustained global marketing, and placements in premium retailers and department stores, Typhoon ® has firmly cemented its place in the market for design-led housewares products.

The Price & Kensington ® story started at the beginning of the 19th Century, in Burslem, England, when the innovative Price Brothers founded their earthenware manufacturing company in Crown Works. Specializing in table top accessories and teapots, the brothers quickly became renowned for their distinctive designs. The brothers developed a strong working bond with Kensington Potteries, who specialized in novelty teapots. This bond grew so strong that two companies eventually merged in 1962 to become known as Price and Kensington ® . Rich in heritage and passionate about tabletop accessories and teapots, the Price & Kensington ® brand continues to flourish. While teapots remain at the heart of the product range, we also offer a number of tabletop collections, including co-ordinating storage and mugs to accommodate all tastes and lifestyles. We understand that for generations the kitchen is the heart of the home, which remains the fundamental inspiration for our new developments.

The Rayware Group Terms Of Business 2024
• Orders are to be submitted to our Sales Administration team via email at sales@raywaregroup.com
• The minimum order for opening orders is $750. The minimum order for reorders is $250. This is across all four brands and can be combined into one purchase order. • New customers must complete a New Customer Registration Form. • Terms can be requested and are approved on a case-by-case basis. If credit is approved, we can extend payment terms of Net 30 Days from date of invoice. • Online accounts cannot be opened without written
approval by The Rayware Group. • Backorders are not allowed. • We do not accept returns. • All prices are FOB Fairburn, GA.
• Promo codes must be included on POs and submitted within the promotional timeframe. Promos cannot be combined with any other discounts. • Any special agreed pricing must be clearly noted on the PO. • Preferred payment method is via ACH or credit card in order to completely clear invoices and ensure no delays to future orders. • Credit claims must be submitted with one week of receipt of goods with photographic evidence to our Claims team via email to claims@raywaregroup.com.

Claims Process
Customers should be advised that any obvious damage to outer boxes, pallet wrap or wooden pallets must be noted on the driver’s delivery paperwork at the time of receipt of the order. Failure to do so will a§ect our ablity to place a claim with the carrier and in turn process the customer’s claim. Below are the processes for filing all claims: Email is always to be sent to claims@raywaregroup.com and accompanied by a fully completed Claims Form.
Shortages: • Please confirm that the customer has not received an alternate item that was mis-picked. • If items are missing from an order or damaged, a claim must be filed within one week of receipt of the order. Breakage: • Please provide a photo detailing the breakage. If damaged in transit, please document on proof of delivery and complete a claims form.
Quality Control Issues: • Please provide photo detailing the issue in question.
• If item is not to correct standard to be sold as first quality, a 50% credit will be o§ered for product to be sold as a second. If this o§er is rejected, a full credit will be o§ered. • For major QC issues the UK team will be notified immediately.

Specialty Buying Groups Information The Rayware Group is proudly a member of the following: • Gourmet Catalog Net 60 Terms & 5% Discount • HTI Net 60 Terms & 5% Discount Hardware Buying Groups The Rayware Group is proudly a member to the following Hardware buying groups: • ACE • Do It Best • Orgill • True Value ACE and Do it Best have active warehouse programs that stock our product which members can order from directly. We also o§er ‘drop-ship,’ where members of these groups can place orders with us which ship from our warehouse to their stores. These orders automatically qualify payment terms of Net 60 Days. Daily Inventory Report The Rayware Group sends an updated daily stock report every morning that should be used to help write orders and manage customer needs. Category Definitions: In Stock - Good Inventory Status. Order with confidence; Happy Selling! Low Stock - Less than 100 units, so there is a risk that it may be out of stock soon. Low Stock With Date - Less than 100 units, but more stock is on the way. Showing a Date - Currently Out of Stock but there is an ETA for when the item will be back in stock. Out of Stock - Out of stock with no date means there is no clear ETA at this time. Do not order until a date is available.
