ASSURE COLLECTION With over 110 years of heritage, Viners has designed a new and innovative knife blade which places safety and functionality at the forefront. The squared tip has been designed to maximise safe use in and around the home, ensuring that performance will not be compromised. As well as being stylish, the knives deliver the same functionality as a standard kitchen knife to tackle all cooking tasks including chopping, carving and dicing. The knives feature curved ergonomic soft touch handles for optimum comfort, and the blades are finished with a black non-stick coating which helps reduce cutting friction. Introducing scissors into the collection, mirroring the squared tip blade design to allow for safe cutting and the duo peeler which includes a small paring knife.
