The Viners ® Organic Green and Natural Colored Knife Block sets have everything an eco-conscious kitchen wants. Each recycled steel knife stores safely and easily in the wheat fiber mixed material knife block with bamboo top. The knife block and handles are crafted from 35% wheat fiber, and at least 80% recycled materials make up the blades.

Made using 35 - 50% wheat fiber which is a by-product of the farming industry, previously burnt as a waste product.

Knife blades are made using at least 80% recycled steel.

As well as being stylish, the knives deliver the same functionality as a standard kitchen knife to tackle all cooking tasks including chopping, carving and dicing.
