The Organic Collection is perfect for an eco-friendly kitchen. The range features knife blocks crafted from wheat fiber, available in two colors, 3 piece knife set with matching chopping board and the new portable flatware set.

These handles contain 35% wheat fiber. The wheat fiber is a natural by-product from the wheat farming industry which has historically been burnt by farmers.

These handles will decompose under composting conditions within 6 to 36 months.

At least 80% recycled steel has been used to make these blades.
