Secure the spring inside the silicone collar and press down onto the jar.

Add freshly cut herbs to the assembled lifter, adjusting the height accordingly.

Insert the lifter and herbs into the jar and attach the one-piece lid.

Fix metal cap into the collar and shake.

Serve and dine or add one piece lid and store in the fridge to keep fresh.

Place the Herb Keeper into the fridge, to keep herbs fresher for longer.
