Claims Process

Customers should be advised that any obvious damage to outer boxes, pallet wrap or wooden pallets must be noted on the driver’s delivery paperwork at the time of receipt of the order. Failure to do so will a§ect our ablity to place a claim with the carrier and in turn process the customer’s claim. Below are the processes for filing all claims: Email is always to be sent to claims@raywaregroup.com and accompanied by a fully completed Claims Form.

Shortages: • Please confirm that the customer has not received an alternate item that was mis-picked. • If items are missing from an order or damaged, a claim must be filed within one week of receipt of the order. Breakage: • Please provide a photo detailing the breakage. If damaged in transit, please document on proof of delivery and complete a claims form.

Quality Control Issues: • Please provide photo detailing the issue in question.

• If item is not to correct standard to be sold as first quality, a 50% credit will be o§ered for product to be sold as a second. If this o§er is rejected, a full credit will be o§ered. • For major QC issues the UK team will be notified immediately.
